I'm posting this for the customer, Claudine Roland, a neighbor who has no google account and doesn't want one (smart lady). Received a new washer/dryer setup for her condo, machines stack in a 30" wide closet like area with supply lines in a cutout into the wall on one side. Tight area to work in. Delivery people unable to obtain a leak free water supply connection due to age and wear of 40 years on existing dual supply valve. Ben Russel was dispatched to R&R said valve. He showed up on schedule, removed the defective unit and replaced it with a current version. The new valve was apparently designed with compression fittings, and probably due to the age and condition of the service lines, he found a very small leak on test, so he re-did the install by sweating the valve onto the 2 service lines, for a secure and leak-free job. He was quick, professional, conscientious, and polite. Total charges were quite acceptable, and the entire experience with respect to Benoure and Mr Russel was exceptional. Highly recommended! We just had a great experience working with Benoure Plumbing. Jeff did a great job planning the installation of our heat pumps around our schedule and Pat and Andrew (our technicians) were professional, friendly and knowledgeable....they were really nice to our dog too! We highly recommend Benoure Plumbing they are great to work with from start to finish.
Ben was here today to repair/replace 2 outdoor faucets. He was knowledgeable efficient, and pleasant to work with. He seemed to enjoy going about his job.It is a relief to have those faucets working again. I would be happy to have Ben back again if I need other repairs.
John Sterling was absolutely fantastic when he came to our home to service our heat pump/mini-splits, and take a look at our hot water heater. John showed up exactly at the designated time, explained what he was doing and why, and took care of everything we needed within a few hours. I would highly recommend to friends/family.
Very disappointing experience, terrible customer service. Beware Benoure! Had a new and expensive boiler installed that took 2 return visits by technicians to get working properly. Was then billed for the work done (again, just to simply get the new system - that had not been installed properly - working right.) When I called to discuss the charges, I was given the run-around (promised callbacks with service managers that never happened, etc.) and when I did finally get through, the rep was extremely dismissive of my questions and concerns. All I got was the same tepid reply repeated multiple times (so... did you actually HEAR what I just said??!) and instead of simply making it right, the "best they could do" was to subtract one hour of work. Call me old-fashioned, but I believe that when you purchase a $9000 boiler, it should WORK correctly. And if it doesn't, fine, fix it and get it right but that's on the company. There really is no justification for additional charges, period.
