I would of given them 5 stars but the one employee ruined that. I tried to order online but for some reason my order wouldn't go through, and I did check to see what time they closed and I had plenty of time. So I tried calling 4 different times and no answer. Then I decided to drive down to see what the issue was. I went inside and told the guy I couldn't order anything and no one was answering. He told me they were closed and nothing could be done about it. I told him the hours online say different and I tried ordering awhile go, but he had an attitude and didn't seem to care. Then this other guy who usually delivers the food asked what was going on so I explained to him what had happened. He said I am very sorry for what you're going through here is 2 free pepperoni pizzas if you would like them at no charge. I was very grateful for his kindness and gave him a very nice tip for what he did to keep a customer happy.
Our order was perfect, not a long wait at all and our driver was super friendly. I’m sorry you are all now conditioned to apologize for what you might think is a long wait. It sucks people have been so rude during this pandemic to make you feel this way. I appreciate not having to cook, inexpensive and great quality food. Thank you to our locally owned and operated Domino’s!
The customer service here is great and amazing. While the place in Essex Junction is terrible and the drivers literally will run you over. This place won't. Their food is great and the people are better.
U guys quick and not afraid to hook the pizza up if asked to do so extra means extra just charge me the difference right? Lol nah but the all good people in there they don't mess around for sure and get ya in and out and I like that pleasantly social bunch
I got a free pizza for waiting over 2 minutes. No where did it say I was supposed to claim the offer within 7 days. I think that is wrong considering how often we order and very misleading. I don’t check my email daily or even weekly sometimes but I did check my piece of the pie rewards and never saw it loaded onto my account. It should be automatically loaded onto your account.
