The worst example of a Dunkin donuts I've ever experienced. The lobby service is terrible. They often only take cash, if the lobby is even open. And rest assured the drive through line is wrapped around the building. I have left mad and empty handed on multiple occasions. 👎👎
How hard is it to get an order right? I literal do the majority of their job for them by using the mobile app. But then I have to repeat my order repeatedly at the window (when I finally get there after waiting 20+ minutes in the drive thru for the 3 cars in front of me). All that time and repeated instructions on what my order is and they always get it WRONG! The worst is being asked to pull out front after waiting 30+ minutes, and they still get it wrong. Management at this location either needs to retrain every single employee or management needs to be replaced. Worst Dunkin experience of my life.
Depends on which Dunkin you go to but the Montpelier one is by far the best! Barre-Montpelier road one sucks. Staff is rude and dirty and constantly messing up orders. Barre isn't bad but Montpelier is definitely the Dunkin to go to!
When you go in and ask for a dozen donuts 6 assorted filled 6 assorted not filled and get home and all filled are the same and all non filled are the same. Does anyone there know what assorted means.....
If I could give 0 stars I would. Service is always horrible and employees are unprofessional, border line unsanitary. I watched a girl pulling on her lips while discussing a customer order and a man pulling his pants up then sticking his hands in a bag then proceeding to get donuts. Neither had gloves and continued to make drinks and grab donuts without washing their hands.
