Only got a drink to go, but the food also looked good. Thai tea was a little sweet and the boba was defiantly over cooked as they disintegrated in the straw. From what I could find this was the only place downtown selling boba drinks, so it’s still good for a quick fix. May have just caught a rough boba batch. Bonus points for using paper straws and being marginally more sustainable.
I am never disappointed by the food here, absolutely amazing! I love their pad Thai, massaman and their selection of appetizers. Everythibg tastes amazing. Sometimes the food can be a bit spicier than anticipated, and the staff can be a little cold, but I think its mainly because they can get pretty busy, so I don't blame them. Definitely worth the money for the quality of food!

Delicious, Clean, Healthy, Food consistently. I have been a customer of East West for about 4 years now and I’ve never had a single thing that has been bad. Some flavors in dishes I’d like to see be stronger/lesser but that’s really just personal taste. A friendly, local Husband and Wife Team that runs the entire place by themselves and they are an absolute gem and Burlington is proud to call them our own!
This review would have started at a 3, the food was decent. Nothing to write home about but it was good enough to eat. Until we had not one long black hair in our meal but two. At that point we were done. Knock it down from a three to a two based on the hairs imbedded in the food not just on top. I called to get refunded for just that meal which was over 15 dollars for a drunken noodle dish. Customer service then knocks it down to a one. Yes they refunded my meal but not without stating that it was probably my own hair. Well I have very short red hair and this was long and black. They did not seem very apologetic or really even care. They wanted to argue with me more than help. I ended having to call the online ordering site used on their website to ask them to call in for the refund. Still waiting for the refund. I do not recommend this place at all.
