Had him last year for two projects. Did an excellent job. Have another project this year. Have made many attempts to contact him but no return phone calls. Left many messages. If he's too busy he could call once and tell me so. Also, my daughter called three times about a project at her house and no return calls. Rude to say the least. Bad customer service.
