I am the owner of the house that is the subject of the one negative review (one star) of Excel. I totally disagree with that review,. I have used Excel numerous times, and my experience with it on every occasion is that it is excellent-response time, professionalism and courtesy of the owner and all of the other staff, value and quality of work.

I called because we had no water. I called a number that I was given, and had used several times prior, to be yelled and told not to call that number again because he wasn't on call. Most unprofessional person have ever dealt with. Called the company to report my experience, but very upsetting as I have 2 year old, 8 year old, 2 dogs, 2 cats and 24 chickens that need water and cant go all day without it.

They just installed a heat pump at our house and they were extremely professional, adjusting the design from original specs as needed, putting down cloths to walk on so they didn't track dirt through the house, cleaning up afterwards, etc. They were also very courteous and friendly. We couldn't ask for better work.

I have been using Excell Plumbing for many years and have always been very happy and they give great value for what they do I would recommend them very highly
