great people knowledgeable trustworthy and will give you great service at your time in need .i had a furnace that had me stumped and at 2 in the morning came out and fixed it up . not a hard fix could of put me off like others had .but knowing thier trade it was something he knew right off what it was . best guys ever!!!!

My boiler had been having trouble and multiple people had come to look at it. These guys came and fixed it instantly. They were knowledgable and courteous.

I called the 24hr emergency service line, got laughed at for the service provider I have, nor was I given any sort of availability to come and service my grandmothers furnace. When I asked if they worked weekends I was hung up on. When I called back I was told “ya see the problem is everybody wants everything done right now”. I was flexible offering “next week” options. Fischer’s was the last one to do any service to the furnace, their tag was on it dated 3/1/18 and yet they refused to help me in anyway. No way to run a business. Abysmal customer service.
