Charlie was quick to respond, and did great work on helping us with a busted water heater. He squeezed us into his busy schedule because he knew we needed service quickly, was quick in his work, and his service was very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.
I have been calling plumbers everyday for over a week to get help with some urgent plumbing issues in my basement. Only two plumbers called me back and many others said they were booked until after the new year. James Mechanical Plumbing was one of the only two to return my call and said they would fit me into their schedule due to the fact my issue was urgent. Although I had already scheduled a different plumber shortly before the call came in I highly appreciate the professionalism and willingness to help me at short notice. I would recommend calling them if you need urgent plumbing help as its apparent they care about people which is rare nowadays.
These guys were amazing! I had an issue with a leaking dishwasher that had to be removed and they helped me over the phone to stop the water, then came out the next day to remove the dishwasher. In addition, Charlie helped us with a water pressure issue when he came out - can't thank him enough for the help. We'll definitely be using him in the future. Thank you so much!!
We called James Plumbing after discovering a substantial leak under our kitchen sink in a newly purchased home. Thankfully he was very responsive and was able to make a same day visit. He worked very diligently and skillfully and went out of his way to help us (new homeowners!). I would highly recommend their services.
So grateful for Charlie, I had an issue with my water pump causing all sorts of leaks, I gave him a call for the first time on a Friday evening of all times. He wasn't able to get over to my place because he was on another job and very far away but told me to send me pics/videos of what was going on and that he could help me troubleshoot it over the phone. So I sent him a bunch of pics and videos and he spent about an hour on the phone with me helping me sort out what was going on and directed me exactly what to do to fix the issue. I've never experienced a company going out of their way to help me like this, especially on the weekend. He assisted me to get all the leaks stopped and everything working back in order. I offered to compensate him for his time, especially because an emergency plumbing call otherwise woulda prob cost me at least a few hundred bucks. He wouldn't take any $, a real stand up dude. Cannot recommend James Mechanical Plumbing highly enough. Thank you so much!
