I'm normally a big fan, but my experience today was disappointing. I ordered online and the site told me it would be ready for pick up in 20 minutes, so I arrived in 15 minutes. The staff said it was still in the oven and I sat down to wait. They were quite busy, lots of people picking up and ordering. Several times, someone asked for my name and checked for my pizza, then said it wasn't ready. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes, one of the workers asked again for my name, and finally brought me the pizza and apologized. It seems they weren't hearing me well, and my pizza had been ready the whole time. It was now quite cold and rubbery. Maybe consider turning down the music in your store? It was blasting the whole time I was there, possibly causing them to mishear my name.

The pizza is amazing because I work for them as a driver and I would recommend it.
We do have gluten-free crust and cheese That is gluten-free. If you like the goat cheese, go for the honey, goat cheese pizza, that is amazing.

Pizza was better than average in this area. However, our delivery person refused to deliver our pizza to our hotel room and instead waited for us to get dressed and go outside to meet him at his car. Given that we had paid a $4 delivery fee, we were expecting an actual “delivery”. First and last time we will order from Leonardo’s, all thanks to their delivery person.

The regular crust was way too thick for my preference. The order took way longer than the estimated online pickup time. Pizza was ok but not noteworthy

Love the pizza! My daughter and I always get the vegetarian works and my boys always get cheese and pepperoni
