Great service. We tried 3 times with another company to get our tires balanced before a cross country trip. After Notch Auto fixed the balancing, I could tell the difference as soon as leaving their parking lot. I'm sitting here in Minnesota and feel confident every morning before we start driving that tires will not be an issue! Their service and dedication to satisfaction is greatly appreciated.
Worst customer service, will never go back. Brought my car in for inspection on a Wednesday, failed due to exhaust issue ON ONE SIDE, needed front brake pads and rotors, and incorrect tire size. I called THREE days in a row to get the estimate for the work. Each time I was told someone would call me back by days end, never happened. Finally get an estimate and a follow up appointment. Meantime, buy new tires. Got a call the day of my appointment to say I could bring my car in early. I indicated I had new tires that I needed put on and was told they would make it work. Brought the car in at 11:30 AM and was told it would take 3.5 to 4 hours. Called at 4:30, told it would not pass inspection because now suddenly the other side of exhaust needed replacement. Also told the front brakes are "fine", no longer need to be replaced. Never put the new tires on. So, they had my car for over 4 hours and the only thing that was done was an exhaust flange... charged me 1.5 hours. I asked why the tires were not put on and was told he didn't have time?? 4 hours they had my car and no tires put on and no inspection. I will NEVER go back there again and I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!
I have used Notch Road Auto Repair for any and all car maintenance issues I’ve had with my Toyota RAV4. I have always been impressed with the honesty and great work they provide. I wish all businesses took it upon themselves to treat their customers with the respect and professionalism shown at Notch Road Auto Repair.
They will rip you off if they can. Gave me a shopping list of things that had to be fixed....didn't even diagnose the issue. Tried to charge me $1000 for non necessary repairs. I went to Automaster and they fixed the car for $200 parts/labor. Notch Road Auto Repair is not a place I would recommend if you want your car actually fixed for a fair price.
We managed to pick up a screw in our tire while at Smuggs on vacation. We needed to replace the tire before we could make the long drive home. Notch Road Auto was able to get a tire for us the next day, installed the spare tire in the meantime, and hosted us in their waiting room for about an hour while we waited for the tire to show up and be installed. They couldn't have been nicer and put up with us calling multiple times for updates. The pricing was very fair and we would use their services again if we run into issues while in the area.
