They cut every possible corner and their construction quality is terrible. Trust me…I build apartment complexes and now own a unit in one of their projects that has incredible failures at every level including the failure to deliver a unit with basic functioning utilities. They are way past their promised delivery dates on completion and their punch list post closing is less than 20% addressed after three months. There is a detailed document that governs the construction details at Spruce Peak and the board that approves new projects ignored the multi-million dollar document and the vision of the founder of village to jam though a project wholly inconsistent with the governing documents which specifically prohibit the roof line details, the exposed concrete walls, the faux finishes, the right angle pathways and a host of other well thought out details from the founder that have made the village what it is until this blight was pushed through. The CEO of AIG spent millions to develop this document that thoughtfully considered every detail of the village and they ignored nearly all of the guidance of the document. I don’t expect much response from them to fix even the most basic punch list items. This project is total and utter failure on every level other than enriching the developer who cares zero about their product or it’s impact on the community.

Awful place to do business and they don't care about their employees. I would never recommend their services to anyone.
