Best Pizza Hut in America IMO. Did I get diarrhea every single time I ate from their salad bar for 10+ years? Yes. But whose fault is that? I was the one eating salad at a Pizza Hut.
You know I was really excited to go here and we where very disappointed we ate in, the food took forever to come out I feel like they didn’t have enough people they ended up closing down the dining area and turning a lot of people away. the salad bar was ok nothing was cold tho, and the pizza wasn’t very good we got a stuffed crust and the cheese just didn’t tastes right.
The order tracker on the app said my food would be ready for pick up at 5:14PM, I arrived at 5:14 PM & was told they were running a little behind but it’d be done soon. At around 5:30 ish i watch an order that looked very similar to mine come out and get placed into a waiting for pick up location. Another 20 ish minutes go by & I ask for an update on my order. The woman at the counter proceeded to open up the waiting for pick up door & grab my food that had been waiting there for 20 additional minutes. Beyond annoyed.
10-2-19 update Though they have done better with the fries, tonight I have just been informed that the wings no longer come with dip. If you want dip with your approx: $1/wing, you have to pay 0.69 for each dip!!! Needless to say I declined to order wings!!!! Will definitely be contacting Corp. For this!!! Just ordered 2 orders of fries and she came out with this one basket, and double ketchup!!! Told me this was both orders!!! Clearly not! Then after I questioned waitress and stewed over it I went to complain...then my other order came out!!! So what exactly os the Con here!? I dont get it!
Took an hour and a half to get my pizza and when it finally arrived, the pizza, the breadsticks and the cheese bread was wet with condensation and everything was chewy and lukewarm. I was so disappointed. I won't order from there again. I called but no one could help me.
