This was such a surprise of a find. I found it by accident and I am glad that I did. I took my family and everyone walked out happy and full. The brisket was absolutely delicious. Oh and by the way make sure to order the duck fat fries, it was the best fries I have ever had. The food was amazing and the portions are perfect for the price. I couldn't have been happier. Today was our first time eating there and we are going back again tomorrow. Hope all who read this and try the food enjoy it.

Everything about our visit here was fantastic! There was a short wait (about 20 minutes) prior to being seated, but it was well worth it. Their menu selection is BBQ at its finest (I chose the whole hog plate) and, no matter what you order, it will leave you with a full stomach and a smile on your face. The atmosphere is cozy, their seating is comfortable, the staff is friendly (Justin the bartender was great), and the beer is some of the best I've ever tasted. If you've never been to Prohibition Pig, I definitely recommend giving them a try. You'll be glad you did!

1st time eating here and it was just delightful. We walked in a bit late and they were able to accommodate us. Sam was our server and he was just so awesome and on top of his game! We had ribs, the Mac and cheese, duck fries, burger and their dry rubbed wings. Everything was delicious! My son didn't like cornbread before coming here...Their cornbread sure did change that lol. Awesome, thanks!

If I could give a zero I would! Are you a bbq place specializing in brisket, pork, and other delights? If so, I’d suggest ordering enough to maintain the menu through dinner. If not, shut it down! Literally the menu consisted of nothing but a burger and a salad. Everything else sold out. If that’s my only option, I’ll go to Wendy’s. My suggestion is to change the name to “Pro Nothing”. It would fit better.

A highlight of a group trip to Vermont. High-performing establishment with excellent house beers, tasty pub food, and stylish merchandise. Ordering is via toasttab and service is incredibly quick. The vibe is energetic and seat turnover is quite fast. Definitely worth a visit if in the area.
