As an Owner's Representative I come in contact with several firms on a daily basis. Rodd Roofing sets the bar when it comes to Integrity, Passion, Commitment and Contribution! Integrity - Plain & Simple, they always do what they said they will do Passion - From the top down, their love for what they do comes to work with them each and every day. It is clear there is great pride in what they set out to do and they have fun while they do it Commitment - Working in some severe weather conditions is an understatement in the North Country. Even on the toughest of days the crews work hard and stay focused on the task at hand. Additionally, the commitment to safety is also very transparent in their daily work plan, which means they are committed not just to their clients but to their employees. Contribution - a project isn't just measured by budget and schedules (which Rodd Roofing did BOTH very well) but to me what they brought to the table, the life long friendships that were made in the process, the pride of looking back and doing something as a team is so critical, and Rodd Roofing was a huge contributor to that success. They reach outside of roofing and support causes they believe in and the workers they employ. I would recommend Rodd Roofing over and over, and would certainly hire them again without a second thought!

I have been waiting 2.5 months for an estimate, after many calls someone came to look last week but didn't have a ladder big enough to get on the roof? Roofers? Didn't call me, I called again and he asked if I still wanted him to look at it. Oh and now they are booked until spring. Terrible communication and customer service.

Never responded....so my experience doesn't exist. Thumbs down, no star at all, but I had to pick, so one star.
