From the second I walked in the door I knew it was going to be a bad experience. This company does everything in their power to make every simple task harder than it has to be. The store smelt as if someone had just destroyed the bathroom. I waited in line for over an hour and a half before I was served. The ONLY redeeming quality is that the guy at the window was surprisingly nice and helpful.

If spectrum didn't have a monopoly in every other pre existing internet provider I would have switched right away/ never chosen spectrum. Their customer service is mediocre. That's a compliment. The customer service I received was abhorrent and like I said if there was an alternative in my area I would have switched providers immediately after dealing with three weeks of spectrum's incompetence.

Service is very slow. Trying to just pay a bill and there are ten people in line in front of me. Been waiting for an hour and a half just to make a payment. Pam is great, I feel bad that she has to be put through that kind of stress. There should be someone at a window for tech problems and someone at a window for payments, to help things run faster and smoother.

Get spectrum if want to pay a ton for "good internet" that stops working constantly. At this point I'm just wasting money sense half the time I have no internet. I usually just start playing on my phone that has 1 bar of service using my data that works faster waiting for my internet to start working again. Might as well just not be spending my money for spectrum because having no internet is what I'm pretty much use to sense the service sucks so much.

$12.99 for landline was added in order, which I never asked for. They disguise as emergency call service. I almost didn't notice in all the fine print. Also, they promised $4.50 for Apple TV receiver, but order confirmation had 7.99. I talked to a supervisor who assured me he had no ability to provide what was promised. Awful. Beware.
