We had a wonderful dinner and experience here! We chose to have the hibachi dinner. It was so fun watching the chef perform/cook right in front of you! The food was so fresh and delicious. The staff were all very kind and friendly. Highly recommend checking out this restaurant on your way through Stowe!

Went here for my husband's birthday and had a wonderful time. The food was delicious and service was quick. Our steak was cooked perfectly. Will be back next time I'm in town!

Oh my goodness, my eyes are definitely bigger than my stomach! Sushi Yoshi had a huge selection of food to choose from - anywhere from Asian soups and salads, to sushi rolls, lo mein, hibachi, and more! It's been a minute since I've had hibachi so the whole family ordered that for dinner in addition to sushi rolls. Everything was very good. I loved the Spicy Lobster roll: asparagus and crabstick inside with spicy lobster and scallions outside with a honey wasabi sauce & Volcano roll: shrimp, avocado, rice, and nori, all wrapped and tempura fried with spicy tuna, eel sauce, spicy mayo, and scallions on top. For my main entree, I ordered the chicken & shrimp hibachi which was served with a salad with ginger dressing and miso soup. Our food came out promptly and our waitress was fantastic, especially handling a group of 15 people, and we had plenty of leftovers!

Had high hopes for this place and couldn't wait for it to open on Thursday. It unfortunately was just alright. They did not let us know the hibachi was open which is what we wanted to do. The sushi was good though rather small in size. We both ordered the teriyaki steak dinner (because we wanted hibachi) that came with miso soup, salad and a bowl of rice. Server was new and when asked about the missing bowl of rice said it did not come with our meal and charged us for a side of white rice that he did take off the bill after we showed him the menu. The miso soup was fishy tasting so I personally did not eat it. There was way too much dressing on the salad to also be able to eat it. My wife did not eat hers. The steak teriyaki dish was good but in no way shape or form was this paring worth $32. Again, when asking about the hibachi I wish we were told we could have done that. My wife ordered a Pepsi. It came with barely any syrup in it and tasted more like seltzer water. When replaced it came back tasting the exact same way so she switched to a Sprite. Not sure if it was the time that we just went or what but I cannot recommend this place. I really wish I could have but with the bill coming to over $100 for the two of us and all that was wrong it just was a poor experience all around.
