Worst receptionist ever!! My children’s step mother passed away the day my son had an appointment, (I was literally in the hospital with my dead best friend) and the receptionist was like you can have an appointment, but in 9 months. I told her I needed it to be sooner and she said “well you should’ve thought about that when you missed your appointment” I have never been so disgusted!! The dentists were great the receptionist should find a new line of work.
They do not have dentists at the moment. Their website claims services they do not have. Had an exchange between urgent care and dental, they could not figure out what to do. They claim to do emergency work, but will tell you "we're not accepting new patients."
They say they accept Medicaid but don’t.
Shelby was so helpful and kind. She understood my nervousness and anxiety and talked me through everything. Mostly friendly staff.
Receptionist is very rude. Don't even bother to call.
