Omg amazing! Best pork belly taco I’ve ever had!! Returned for a 2nd time and the fish tacos were light and delicious as well, added some pineapple salsa on top as well for an extra yum!
Love the vibe of the small hole-in-the-wall spot!!

It was very busy and seemed like a local favorite. I had fish tacos and they were ginormous. The fish was fried which isn’t my favorite but they were decent. Not a whole lot of flavor, which was disappointing considering everyone else got tacos with meat and really liked them. Another friend got a torta which was very large. Not sure he liked it all that well… I think the key is to order the pork belly or Carnitas here. They had a great beer and wine selection, friendly staff and a fun restaurant vibe. Lots of outdoor seating. We liked the guac and the “chips“, which were whole corn tortillas, fried. Good little spot. We probably spent about $20 per person. The tacos were really huge though and honestly you could probably split an order with someone, especially if you were getting a beer or chips and salsa/guac.

I've been to the OG Mad Taco twice. The first time was spontaneous trip with my wife on Halloween weekend and we had so much fun. Sean/Shaun, Shawn, was the bartender and the dude is on point!
This time we came back with our beautiful pup and chilled on the picnic tables. The tacos were OFF THE HOOK. The beer list unparalleled. And the service impeccable!
I met two of the cats that work smoking the meats and they were both super chill dudes.
Sean* was working again and h e us such a down to earth dude. I told him we were on our way to Schilling and he knew I'd dig it!
