Had them remove shingle roof and install a metal roof. Found and fixed areas that had water damage. I was getting leaks through some vents in my bathrooms prior to the new roof (reason I wanted the new roof and it was due for replacement anyways) and after had no more leaks even with jeavy rain. I have a metal roof on my garage, which is almost as old as the house with the shingles and it's holding up no problem, so I expect this new roof to as well.
Top Notch Roofing is truly a 5 star company. Dave and his crew were extremely professional and efficient while they were here. They replaced all the rotten plywood and missing flashing and they cleaned up everyday before leaving. The new roof looks amazing! I would highly recommend them for anyone who is in need of a new roof or repairs.
They care. And it is obvious. I would recommend them 1000 times over. I started my search for a roofing contractor during the pandemic and was universally unimpressed with the bulk of contractors who came to estimate the job. That is, prior to meeting Gabe and the folks at Top Notch. Not only are the competitively priced, but they send an actual roofing expert out for estimating, as opposed to a salesman. I immediately felt was in good hands as he answered all my questions with authority and knowledge. On the job site, the crew was clean, polite, and professional. We did have a few hiccups along the way, which as anyone who has ever done renovation can tell you, is par for the course. These specific hiccups were discontinued products and shipping damages that were simply accidents. Just bad luck that had nothing to do with Top Notch. But it was their reaction to the situation that really won me over. Gabe, the foreman, and Jessica went above and beyond to come to my house on multiple weekends to install skylights because that is the kind of business they operate.

David and his crew replaced an original barn roof with a new one this summer. The crew did a great job, removing the existing roof, cleaning up all the debris from it and installing the new one. Due to covid, there were unfortunately a few supply issues. David was able to communicate that to me and formulate a plan to complete the project. The quality of work was outstanding and I have gotten a ton of compliments from people in the community. I would happily use David and the team again and would recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.
