I chose Valley Dental during an extended stay while working remotely in my family home state of Vermont when I had a sudden “bad” infection. Because their website states emergency dental, root canals, and implants I felt I would be in good hands. The front staff and hygienist were very pleasant but the doctor offered no treatment or solution. He told me what I already knew - that I had a “bad” infection. He only knew of 3 antibiotics (how is that even possible), all of which I am allergic to and said he’d have to research but never got back to me about which medication I should be taking so that the infection would turn septic. My primary care physician (who advised that I see a dentist who could better prescribe medication for dental infections) took better care of me from a distance than this dentist who examined me and provided me no answers or guidance but gladly took my money and basically shrugged his shoulders saying my dentist at home should advise (I am not going to be in my primary home area for quite some time and I needed help here and now). The website said emergency care… I don’t recommend this place to anyone visiting the area needing help.
