My best friend and I eat here at least once or twice a month. We love it here! Our waitress always remembers us, our favorite order down to sodas and mozzarella sticks! We have a favorite booth as well. The food always tastes good, I've never had to return anything. They have a great selection. We are always treated well here, and I also have great childhood memories as well. My dad always threw a family birthday party for me when I was little! You should definitely support Zachary's as it is a wonderful business!
I was having a birthday party for my 8th years old girl, the group of people who work in the kids place in the back are very poor on the service. Racism, no smile, rude and the place is not clean. First and last time never come again. We paying and tipping like others but don’t get a fairly look and service. Don’t go there anyone have kids go to spares times much better No thanks for the staff.
I have been going to this location in Burlington for the last four years with nothing short of total satisfaction with the place but last night was pretty terrible. In addition to there being young kids there with having been given very little direction as to what their jobs were the food was terrible! I got the garlic knots with a ton of salt on them where you can see the salt on the rim of the plate. The pizza dough was doughy and pizza itself just a mess! I noticed there were at least four or so arcade machines out of order which just gave me the sense that their games aren't maintained regularly. From someone who works in a kitchen I would highly suggest training your kitchen manager and supervisors to do a better job . Good luck
Good place to bring young children for birthdays or family gatherings. Game machines have a tendency of taking your tokens and not giving you any tickets in return. Can loose a lot of money if your not careful. Staff is friendly tho and will help when the games try to take ur tokens. But still be wary they can only do so much.
Pizza was absolutely delicious and the crust was cooked perfectly. Staff was very friendly.
